Mezcal Metiche Salmaiana 40 Joven is 100% Salmiana Agave. This is steamed, not roasted. On the nose you get aromas of chartcuterie, olive oil, and pickled olive brine. The finish offers up strawberry, slight pepper and light smoke on the finish. Subtle mineral notes and a hint of chocolate. This is fantastic in a margarita or alone.
