Derrumbes Tamaulipas is an Ensamble of three rare agave, two of which are found only in the state of Tampaulipas. This mezcal has a nose of citrus mingled with mineral notes and deep aroma of black cherries and dark chocolate. Herbal notes come through yet it remains the sweetness. Very dry and crisp on the palate that is balanced by the earthy notes and the fruit. Finishes with fresh herbal notes and again the deep, dark chocolate. A very complex spirit.
