Luneta starts by gathering mature agave Papalometl (also known in other regions as Tobala) which takes 8-12 years to cultivate. Fermented in bullhide & first distilled in copper then distilled in a coral tree trunk, this complex spirit is crafted with generations of expertise in Tepenene, Puebla.
Boasting notes of crushed herbs, smeet cream, and tanned hide and smells of leather, honey & lemon, with wet earth take you on a flavor ride with hints of apple, barley, and smoke.
