Azulejos are the hand-painted tiles that have been used for centuries in Mexico and Los Azulejos has continued the tradition with these limited releases. Definitely a sipping tequila-before or after dinner-as it's too smooth to actually mix well with juices or frozen drinks. Vanilla and oak play equal time to the pepper and leathery butter notes. Some lemon citrus rounds this very smooth tequila out.
