"The 2021 Problem Child is a blend of 55% Zinfandel, 17% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 8% Carignan, 5% Graciano and 5% Mourvèdre. It has intense aromas of baked raspberries and cherries with accents of cinnamon, bay leaves and dark spices. The full-bodied palate is youthfully coiled, its fruit streaked with graphite. It has loads of powdery tannins balanced by fresh acidity and a very long, licorice-laced finish. It deserves 3-5 years in bottle to unwind." -EB, 1/31/24
