"A core aroma of blackberry syrup is leveled by violet and cola on the intensely focused nose of this blend of 53% Syrah, 23% Carignan, 20% Grenache and 4% Petite Sirah. The palate is firmly structured in tannins, and the acidity pushes strongly into the lush elderberry and blueberry flavors. Drink now–2036." -MK, 5/1/24

"The 2021 Morpheus takes its time in the glass, darkly floral with an earth tinge, mixing crushed blackberries and exotic spices and grilled herbs. This is elegant with creamy textures, yet never weighty or cloying, as ripe red and black fruits are guided across the palate by tantalizing acidity. The 2021 slowly fades with tension, mixing edgy tannins with primary concentration, creating a chewy sensation that resonates on. Patience will be required." -EG, Jun/2024
