"The 2021 Bolt Cutter is a blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Petit Verdot and 10% Syrah matured for 24 months in 79% new French oak. It has pure aromas of cassis, prosciutto, pencil shavings, wild thyme and fennel. The full-bodied palate has a core of ripe fruit framed by bright acidity and supple tannins that give it a weightless feel, and it has a long, flavorful finish. 851 cases were made." -EB, 1/31/24
