Crystal clear straw-yellow color. Trademark aroma of sulphur and grain. More crisp than smooth; grain, husk flavor with slightly twangy hop bitterness, hints of sulphur and dms (cooked veggies). Underlying malt sweetness fades quickly when dry finish kicks in.
