Product Overview
Winery's Notes:
"Known and loved for its extraordinary inky color, concentrated flavors and fullbodied structure, Petite Sirah has become a staple in the Epiphany lineup. The nose reveals enticing aromas of blackberries, plums, and black currants, intermingled with hints of cracked black pepper, violets, and a touch of mocha. Rich and velvety, this Petite Sirah delivers complex layers of black fruits, spice, dark chocolate and a hint of vanilla on the palate, culminating in a long, persistent finish.
With its bold flavors and robust tannic structure, Petite Sirah is at its best when paired with equally rich and full-flavored dishes. Smoked and barbecued meats are a natural choice as well as beef stroganoff, chicken in molé sauce or stuffed peppers. Petite Sirah also pairs beautifully with strong, aged cheeses such as aged Gouda or a bold bleu cheese to enhance the wine’s dark fruit flavors and complement its savory undertones."

"The 2020 Petite Sirah is fabulous. Inky dark fruit, chocolate, licorice, spice, menthol and new leather infuse the 2020 with notable depth and textural richness. The team at Fess Parker has done an exceptional job in taming the tannins. This opulent, full throttle Petite is the real deal." -AG, Jul/2023

"Black raspberry and dark-red rose petal aromas show a wild side on the nose of this bottling. The medium-bodied palate is herb-laced and peppery, with smashed and tart black-fruit flavors more prevalent." -MK
