Early Times Bottled In Bond has a sweet caramel and candy corn coat on the mouth, enveloping the tongue with a creamy, rich texture. Citrus and vanilla mingle in, along with a very subtle tobacco note. Light rye spice is present and coats your mouth. Mellower than other bottled in bonds-due in part to their unique mashbill-but still a great try and great price.
