Product Overview
Daftmill, one of the smallest distilleries and producer's of lowland scotch-distilling only about 100 casks annually. Daftmill Winter Batch 2007 is fruity, with baked apple pie and Maderia cake and almonds on the nose. The sweetness of the malt is present on the palate, along with marzipan. It has a buttery feel int he middle and you start to get the floral notes. The finish is long and syrupy sweet with slight hints of pineapple and orange zest. The malt lingers with sesame seeds. Enjoy neat or with a drop of water.
