Aging: 12 months in French oak, 35% new

"The 2019 Tayac feels richer on the nose compared to its showing in barrel, with copious black cherry and boysenberry fruit. The medium-bodied palate shows fine structure, good grip and ample freshness on the briny finish. Almost Pauillac-like. Good potential." -AG, Jan/2022
