The palate opens with a interesting notes of French florals — lavender and lilac — orange zest, mineral water, warmed herbs, and a hit of white pepper. Smooth and draws you in to take another sip and as you do, the finish is medium and just a very slight hint of vanilla and subtle sweetness.
