"Clean, bright, intense cherry red color with purple rim. Strong and sweet bouquet. Ripe berries aromas. Vanilla and slightly toasted hints. Full bodied wine, elegant tannin, and good acidity. Long finish, sweet and toasted.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere."
