This Brut expression relies on steely aromas of citrus and pear to shape a very direct and simple presentation. There is no noticeable sweetness here, and the effervescence feels spicy and sharp. This Charmat Method sparkler rests on the lees for three months. Fruit is sourced over 35 hectares with mixed clay soils of glacier origin.
