The pallets hits off with strong, rich notes of dark raspberry, cherry, oak, and coffee, finishing with oak, mint, honey, and the lingering fruityness. The complexity and uniqueness of this bourbon won it the Best American Whiskey of 2018 by Fred Minnick in Forbes.
