The aroma is immediately dominated by the fresh, zesty fragrance of yuzu, with a sharp citrus scent that is both tangy and floral. The nose is fresh, with bright citrus notes alongside hints of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. There’s also a subtle floral undertone, characteristic of yuzu. There’s a light sweetness underlying the citrus, reminiscent of honey or a hint of sugar, which adds balance and depth to the aroma. Best enjoyed chilled or in cocktails.
