Product Overview
The 2017 Wolff Dijon Clones Selection Pinot Noir is made with an estate-grown blend of four French Dijon clones and is vinified with traditional Burgundian techniques (including partial carbonic maceration). The end result exhibits bright red fruit profile with strawberry jam, black cherry and raspberry. A hint of cola, white pepper and earthy tones adds to the complexity. The finish has good acidity backbone with light toasted oak. Overall, this is a balanced wine with a smooth transition between nose, mid-palate and finish.
