"The 2019 CRU Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is quite possibly our finest effort yet. Deep red Bing cherries, black cassis, dried lavender, and chocolate covered espresso bean aromas lead to a fresh, fruit forward entry and a rich, concentrated mid palate. Structured, mouth watering acidity and firm, balanced tannins provide framework for this velvety textured, expressive and polished Cabernet. The finish is long and carries for several seconds leaving the consumer wanting another sip. The 2019 CRU Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is carefully crafted using gravity flow and meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a gorgeous wine that is fresh and enjoyable upon release and will age gracefully for well over a decade."

"This deep and potentially age-worthy blend from both valley and hillside sites is a baritone, showing deep bass notes of black currant, toasted oak and espresso on a great structure of fine-grained tannins and a full body. Best 2026–2036." -JG, 9/1/22

"Lavishly fruited, with almost sweet, jammy flavors of black cherries, dried spices and vanilla, Vineyard 29's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Cru includes fruit from 14 vineyards and is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Malbec. Full-bodied and soft, it finishes long, plush and cedary." -JC, 5/31/22
