Product Overview
The 2021 Tatomer Steinhügel Riesling is a dry example of this varietal wine. The grapes for Steinhügel (German for rock pile or cairn) all come from the biodynamically farmed La Estancia Vineyard. The wine is vinified to very dry levels for Riesling, only 5 grams per liter, and is loaded with generous fruit, especially ripe peach, layered with long textures, and energized with vibrant acidity. The 2021 Vintage is bottled in a Bordeaux-shaped bottle due to the global supply chain issue.
