Product Overview

"Currently aging in 1,200-gallon foudres, the 2021 Roussanne has youthful aromas of lemon, quince and baker's yeast with touches of beeswax, roasted almonds and flint coming through with time in the glass. The medium-bodied palate features concentrated, flinty citrus flavors, bursts of refreshing acidity and a long, layered finish. 480 cases are due to be bottled at the end of 2022 and released in the spring of 2023." -EB, 12/30/22

"The 2021 Roussanne is exotic, lifting from the glass with a tropical blend of citrus and florals complemented by ginger spice. This is texturally thrilling, mixing pineapple, sour melon and mint. The 2021 cleans up beautifully through the finish, slightly tart yet fresh, leaving mineral nuances that add lovely traction." -EG, Mar/2023
