The 2016 Claiborne & Churchill Classic Estate Pinot Noir from Edna Valley delivers a beautiful bouquet of violets, sweet oak, red fruit and a hint of cola. On the palate, there are notes of cherries, rose hips, and allspice, finishing with wonderful balance. Pairs well with a wide variety of foods, including salmon, duck, ham, and filet mignon.
