Uncle Val's is a small batch botanical gin. The botanicals are not only Uncle Val's favorite cooking ingredients, but also happen to make an exceptionally unique and smoothly delicious gin. Nicely understated juniper that is present but not overwhelming followed by a lime like citrus, coriander, lavender and rose petals along with the lemon citrus scent are somewhat rounded out by the scents of cucumber in the background.
