Product Overview
The 2018 Outerbound Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the inaugural release of Outerbound, a new brand to the Michael David portfolio of wines. The grapes were sourced from three select vineyards in Alexander Valley: the winery's estate vineyard, Smith Ranch Vineyard, and Wessel Vineyard. This varietally correct Cab offers aromatic notes of black cherry, bell pepper, coffee, and dried herbs with just a hint of mint. Medium to full in body, this wine is filled with flavors of black currants, plums, cocoa, and baking spice blending seamlessly with prominent tannins that linger until the next sip.
