"The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is an especially opulent, full-throttle wine off this site. Racy and sumptuous to the core, the Estate is a terrific example of the extroverted side of the vintage. "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 6% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple in color, is prances out of the glass with vibrant blackberries, redcurrant jelly and cassis notes with hints of mocha, Indian spices and bay leaves. Full-bodied with flamboyant black fruits and velvety tannins in the mouth, it has a refreshing backbone and long, spicy finish." -LPB, 11/30/21
