The 2018 Oberon Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Napa's finest regions, including Rutherford, St. Helena, Oak Knoll, Yountville, Chiles Valley, Pope Valley, and Capell Valley. It is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, but a kiss Zinfandel and other varietals create Oberon's deep colors, supple silky tannins, and vibrant black cherry, candied blackberry, and spice flavors. A hint of coffee and dark chocolate create a lingering and delightful finish.

This wine represents tremendous value for the price and case production, mixed with a small amounts of supporting varieties. Smoky in grilled meat flavor, it has a velvety plushness to the texture and balanced tannins, the dark baked fruit adding richness." -VB, 5/1/21
