The 2018 NSO Cabernet Sauvignon by Dusty Nabor is a single variety Cab raised in French oak for 24 months. NSO stands for No Special Occasion and is meant to be an any-day drinker. The nose brings aromas of pencil shavings, tobacco, graphite, and all the blue and black fruits Napa is known for. The palate consists of lush, mouth-coating tannins with fresh acidity for a long, deep finish.
