The non-vintage Louis de Sacy Grand Cru Brut is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the estate vineyard in Verzy that are classified as Grand Cru. It begins with a beautiful golden robe and very fine bubbles that release subtle and well balanced aromas of red fruits, citrus, spices, herbs, and toasted bread. It is particularly rich and fresh on the palate with good length, minerality, and vinosity.
