Product Overview
The 2019 La Salette Côtes de Gascogne Blanc is a blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, and Gros Manseng. All three grape varietals are vinified separately. The wines are aged on the lees for a couple of months, giving that extra boost of flavors. On the nose, it's fresh, clean and lively with intense exotic fruit aromas. Crisp, clean and zesty in the mouth, it offers delicate flavors of citrus fruit and grapefruit, and a long lingering finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled fish, shellfish and appetizers.
