From their bottle: This Sotol is a Mexican spirit that was produced in small batches by Gerardo Ruelas in the town of Aldama, Chihuahua. It was handcrafted from 100% Dasylirion Cedrosanum plants from the area of the Sierra del Diablo. They were roasted in an underground stone lined oven using walnut wood, naturally fermented in pine vats, and double disilled in a traditional copper pot still.
