"Made with grapes from an old vineyard in Vistalba, Luján de Cuyo, revived using biodynamic techniques, this Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak, one-third of it new, for six months. Bright red in the glass, it offers black currant, herbs and roasted bell pepper, a hardy texture and elegant, active, grippy tannins. A little austere in the mouth, it is medium-bodied with well-defined flavors and a lengthy finish." -JH, Aug/2020
