Jameson 12 Year was matured for a minimum of 12 years in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. It is full bodied, very mellow pot still Irish whiskey. The color is a golden honey with the nose of warm, spicy, and assertively complex. The taste is sherry sweetness, nutty flavor and mild woody undertones with a rich and long finish.
