The 2022 release of Hazelburn 15 Year Oloroso Cask is as complex as you would expect. On the nose: orange and tangerine notes lead into hints of milk chocolate, wine gums, and fruit cake. The Oloroso maturation is present on the palate with notes of cinnamon, hard toffee, and milk chocolate. The finish has more of the cinnamon notes that balance well with notes of gingerbread and ground pepper. 9000 bottles worldwide for this release.
