Appellation: Columbia Valley AVA
Aging: 22 months in French oak, 50% new
Co-Winemakers: Greg Harrington, Brandon Moss

92+ Points - Vinous
"Bright, full red. Precise aromas of sweet cassis, redcurrant, plum, mocha, licorice, menthol and minerals, with the tiny percentage of Petit Verdot adding an inky quality. A sweet element of red cherry syrup is complicated by spice notes of coriander, nutmeg and mace, with harmonious balancing acidity giving shape and grip to the middle palate. As much red as black in character, this intense, tactile Cabernet finishes with intriguing salinity and terrific length. It should evolve slowly and gracefully. (14.3% alcohol)" -ST, Nov/2018

91 Points, "Cellar Selection" - Wine Enthusiast
Phinny Hill (60%) and Bacchus (20%) fruit make up the backbone of this wine. Aromas of plum, black licorice, baking spice and black fruit are followed by a full-bodied, well-balanced, layered palate that shows depth and intensity but with a fine sense of balance. There's no question about the warmth of the year, but it delivers and will have a very long life in front of it. Best after 2022." -SS, 4/1/19
