Winery's Notes: "The wine is garnet red, with slight orange reflections; the intense aroma of dried fruit, slightly vanilla and in which nuances of red fruits stand out, thanks above all to the small presence of sand in the soil. In the mouth the entrance is warm, full and the pleasant but austere tannin cleans the mouth leaving a good retro-aromatic persistence that recalls the olfactory sensations. It is the classic traditional Barolo. The most interesting combinations are to be found with various types of traditional Piedmontese first and second courses, seasoned cheeses or dried fruit to sip it in company."
