The 2020 Domaine Creusserome Lucie Dutron Mâcon-Villages is a classic white Burgundy from the Mâconnais. It is a blending of vineyards in Viré, Péronne, and Verzé as the production in each is too small for their own individual bottlings. An excellent introduction to French Chardonnay, this wine is rich with good intensity, offering notes of ripe pear, pineapple, melon, and orange blossom. It is round and supple on the palate with good minerality and a long finish.
