The 2020 David Trousselle Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune La Couleuvraire is made with 100% Chardonnay from an organic vineyard nestled in a small valley between the villages of St. Aubin and St. Romain. Barrel fermented with natural yeast and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, this classic White Burgundy offers ripe core and citrus fruit notes with just a touch of clean oak. Priced the same as most generic Bourgogne Blanc, this wine offers tremendous value.
