Brewed in collaboration with Phase Three Brewing, Bottle Logic Quarter Up! is an Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels and finished with cacao nibs, caramel, and Hawaiian black salt. It begins with the aromas of milk chocolate and sweet, burnt-sugar tones of rich caramel. The perfect shot of Hawaiian Black Lava salt adds a flash of salinity that perfectly tempers the silky decadence of post-barrel caramel and cacao nib treatments. 13.96% ABV.
