The 2017 Booker Oublie continues to honor the fine wines of Châteauneuf du Pape, showing a deep, youthful, ruby color with a purple rim. Initially, lots of spicy, red cherry, raspberry, and red plum aromas that evolve in the mouth into bright but rounded red cherry and plum flavors with lots of minerality and young, playful tannins.

"Framed by sinewy tannins, this blend abounds with blackberry, black licorice and crushed rock flavors, building richness and tension on a long finish. Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. Best from 2021 through 2027. 3,184 cases made." -TF, 12/15/19
