The 2018 Alpha Box & Dice Golden Mullet Fury Semillon is 100% Semillon this vintage. The influnce for the Golden Mullet Fury is drawn from the weirdest and most wonderful "white" wines throughout the world, combining the technique of fermentation on skins (eastern Europe) as well as allowing a natural flor to develop on the wines (Jura). The result is a bold, rich, textural white wine that has creamy, savory aromas and flavors while still maintaining the semblance of a white wine.
